Eydost eSIM Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Eydost eSIM, including the Eydost eSIM app in ChatGPT, package search, ordering, payment, delivery, usage information, and top-up services.
1. Provider and acceptance
The service is provided by Nurtel Elektrik MMC ("Eydost eSIM", "we", "us"). Contact us at info@eydost.com. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the service for an organization or another traveler, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that the person using the eSIM will follow these Terms. The service is not designed for or marketed to children under 13.
3. Service and the role of ChatGPT
Eydost sells digital eSIM data plans and related top-ups supplied through mobile-network and eSIM partners. The ChatGPT app can search plans, create and display orders, open hosted payment, deliver installation information, and show usage. ChatGPT and other AI features may help interpret a request or recommend a plan, but their text can contain errors. The package code, country coverage, allowance, validity, price, currency, and status shown in the final order record control over a conversational summary. Review them before paying.
OpenAI provides ChatGPT and is not the seller of the eSIM, payment processor, or mobile-network operator. Your use of ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI's applicable terms.
4. Device compatibility and coverage
- You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, and supports the plan's destination and network bands.
- Coverage, speed, availability, roaming partners, and network quality vary by location, device, congestion, local rules, and third-party operator.
- A plan's validity may begin on installation, first network connection, or another event stated in the package details. Install it only when appropriate for your trip.
- Unless a package expressly says otherwise, an eSIM is a data service and does not include a telephone number, SMS, or voice calling.
5. Orders, prices, and payment
Prices and availability may change until an order is created. Before payment, check the package, quantity, destination, allowance, validity, total price, and currency. An unpaid order is not a completed purchase. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailability, a clear pricing or package error, suspected fraud or abuse, sanctions or legal restrictions, or a failed payment. If we cancel after receiving payment and cannot provide the service, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Payments are completed on a checkout hosted by United Payment. Its payment terms may also apply. Eydost does not collect your full card number or CVV. Your issuer may charge foreign exchange or other fees. Unless stated otherwise, displayed totals include charges collected by us; you remain responsible for taxes or fees imposed directly on you by law, your bank, or your operator.
6. Digital delivery and eSIM credentials
After confirmed payment and successful provisioning, installation details may be delivered in ChatGPT or another selected Eydost channel. Provisioning can take time. Keep the QR code, activation code, ICCID, and SM-DP+ information confidential. Anyone with usable credentials may install or use the plan. Do not publish, forward, resell, or transfer them unless we expressly allow it. Some eSIMs can be installed only once or cannot be moved after installation.
7. Cancellations, refunds, and problems
- You may cancel an unpaid order while its status permits cancellation.
- Because an eSIM is personalized digital content that may be issued immediately, a paid order generally cannot be cancelled or refunded after its eSIM has been provisioned, delivered, installed, activated, or used, except where required by applicable law or where the service is defective.
- If you were charged but did not receive a working eSIM, contact info@eydost.com promptly with the order ID and a description of the problem. Do not delete the eSIM while support is investigating unless instructed.
- Eligibility for replacement or refund depends on provisioning and usage records, the cause of the problem, troubleshooting cooperation, partner rules, and mandatory consumer law. Incompatibility, a locked device, incorrect installation, depleted allowance, expired validity, or coverage limitations normally do not establish a defect by themselves.
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practicable. Bank processing times are outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, warranty, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully; interfere with or probe its systems; bypass access, ownership, payment, or security controls; automate abusive requests; commit fraud; impersonate another person; infringe rights; resell credentials without authorization; or use a network in breach of an operator's acceptable-use rules. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, partners, networks, or the service or to comply with law.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide accurate and reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, particular speeds, coverage everywhere, or permanent availability of any package. Maintenance, outages, partner changes, force majeure, legal restrictions, and network conditions may affect the service. We may change or discontinue features and packages. Changes will not remove mandatory rights relating to an already completed purchase.
10. Intellectual property
The Eydost name, site, app presentation, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis and implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded are disclaimed. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by a user's incompatible or locked device, misuse, disclosure of credentials, third-party network conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use and share it, retention periods, and your controls. Protect installation credentials and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information in free-text messages.
13. Governing law and disputes
Contact us first at info@eydost.com so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are subject to the competent courts under applicable procedural law. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of mandatory protections or forums available under the law of your place of residence.
14. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms and will publish the revised version with a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, package details presented at purchase, and the Privacy Policy form the agreement for the service.
